But every Tobago visitor must experience the drama in two acts.
The first is Steel-pan music from the Buccaneers, with dozens of art and craft, food, performances and even gambling stalls filling the environment.
The second, mingling with the locals and listening to DJ music as it continues to the Beach Facility until the party dies out.
